Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
